The minimum admission requirement is the General Certificate of Education (Advanced level) or an equivalent qualification. A foundation course followed by passing an aptitude test or completion of NVQF level 4 or accredited work experience or accredited prior learning may also be considered an equivalent qualification for admission to SLQF level 3 in a particular field of specialization.
DIPH 01015 : History of the Ancient World Civilizations and Expansion of settlement in Sri Lanka pre,proto and historical ara.
DIPH 01025 : Major Political Development in Ancient and Medieval Sri Lanka up to 1597 AC.
DIPH 10135 : History of India up to 1526 AC
DIPH 02045 : Political History of Modern Sri Lanka from 1597 to 1978 AC.
DIPH 02055 : Political History of Modern Europe from 11th to 1945 AC
DIPH 02065 : Methodology of teaching history
