Dr. Arjuna Thantilage has been Appointed as the Director of Postgraduate Institute of Archaeology in Sri Lanka

Dr. Arjuna Thantilage has been appointed as the new Director of the Postgraduate Institute of Archaeology (PGIAR), University of Kelaniya in Sri Lanka, effective from January 13th, 2026. . His appointment brings experienced academic leadership to the Institute, with expectations of further strengthening postgraduate education, research, and heritage-related initiatives.
The PGIAR community has extended its congratulations to Dr. Thantilage and wishes him success in guiding the Institute toward continued growth and excellence.

පහත දැක්වෙන පාඨමාලා සදහා අයදුම්පත් 2026 ජනවාරි මස 15 දින දක්වා පුරාවිද්යා පශ්චාත් උපාධි ආයතනයේ ලේඛකාධිකාරි (අධ්යන වෙත) යොමු කළ හැකිය.

පුරාවිද්යා පශ්චාත් උපාධි ආයතනය මගින් සත්ත්ව පුරාවිද්යාව (Zooarchaeology) පිළිබඳ ඩිප්ලෝමා පාඨමාලා සදහා මේ දිනවල අයදුම්පත් කැඳවනු ලැබේ.

පුරාවිද්යා පශ්චාත් උපාධි ආයතනය මගින් පුරාජෛවවිවිධත්වය (Palaeobiodiversity) පිළිබඳ ඩිප්ලෝමා පාඨමාලා සදහා මේ දිනවල අයදුම්පත් කැඳවනු ලැබේ.
